You explain things to yourself again and again:

  • “I should stay calm.”

This is how the subconscious works.

Change begins when you offer the subconscious
a new experience.

Not by force.
Not by lectures.

But by:

  • noticing emotions

  • interrupting repetition

  • creating small pauses before reaction

Each pause is a new experience.

And the subconscious learns only from experience.

The subconscious doesn’t need big motivation.

It needs:

  • small experiences

  • repeated consistently

  • with awareness
